Gluten free foodies, rejoice! Our friends at Manini’s are launching the most amazing Gluten Free Ravioli. Come celebrate with us!
On Saturday, November 7, the Bellevue Whole Foods Market store is hosting the launch party for Manini’s Gluten Free Ravioli. Manini’s is a Washington-based company that makes gluten free fresh pasta, flour, baking mixes, and rolls from naturally gluten free, nutritious ancient grains. It’s these ancient grains that give Manini’s products such amazing flavor, texture, and nutrition.
Like all of Manini’s fresh pastas, these Gluten Free Ravioli combine Manini’s flour mix with local farm fresh eggs to produce a taste and texture not found in other gluten free products. Try the Four Cheese, Portobello & Cheese and Spinach & Cheese flavors. These stuffed ravioli are exclusive to Whole Foods Market. Look for them in the refrigerator case at all Washington and Oregon Whole Foods Market locations. They’ll also be in our B.C. stores in the next few weeks.
At Whole Foods Market, we believe food is meant to be enjoyed. Manini’s is a company that gets that. We’re so amazed by the products they create. We began working together in 2011, introducing their products to stores in the Pacific Northwest. In 2013, we awarded Manini’s a Local Producer Loan for $80,000. Funds from this low-interest loan were used to start product testing and, ultimately, production of the Gluten Free Ravioli.
This is a big milestone for Manini’s and it’s thrilling for me to see this company’s brilliant idea come to life.
